Owner/Manager -- this morning many of us who took the initiative to order ahead waited over 10-15 minutes past our product estimated time. Some gave up and left. Better customer service was needed, such as someone telling us they were working on our order or a coupon for free baked good. Something small to show that we are valued and that level of service for the day was not normal.
I love this location for the great vibes from every employee. There's usually a pretty chill aura when people could visit and a very mixed demographic. I have sat inside in the early morning, afternoon and even right before closing... it's the same vibe every time.

Just darn good coffee and service
Sometimes they are friendly and other times with different workers they are rude. Will also charge you for their mistakes when taking your order. Coffee was watery this time around usually not though! 4 shots of espresso and oat milk shouldn’t be this light....the other picture shows the exact same drink with coconut milk instead. Usually a great experience just not this time :/
