I’m back here another year! The service here is always great. Susan was a delight! I made an appointment, arrived before the appointment and she took care of me. She also took her time and explained everything she was doing. I will be back next year.

Last year was my 1st time. They got me more than Turbo Tax; so I went with them again this year. I am very satisfied with them. They are also convenient. They are inside the Wal-Mart that. I work at. I got off of work and went right to them. Everything was explained to me very well. It helps so that I don't have to guess about whether it was done right or not. THANKS!!!

I really enjoyed switching to Jackson Hewitt Tax service this year. I usually do my own taxes with Turbo tax but I really needed a break this year (W-2 & 1099misc). I dropped off all my tax docs with My Tax pro Venkata Gollapudi (Sesha) and I couldn’t be happier and more grateful for the amazing job she did! I got a great refund back $$! It was fast, friendly and very easy to understand.

New laws for Covid situations are complicated. Seahawks at the Yale Walmart location was very patient in explaining the new tax law. Excellent job!
