Horrible! Also they are not based on DP. This isnt a Deerpark business. Needed a lift home after battery died and they broke my truck from bottom. Now they won't answer tue phone so I can place my complaint. The Employee just left and said he would refund bcs i noticed he made a dent.nBut after he left I got under and saw the extent and a refund won't be good enough. But they won't answer me.
The guy that towed my truck home was so friendly and he helped put my special needs son in the truck. The man was very respectful and nice

Today was the 2nd time I've use this business and they are spectacular!! They told me an amount of time it would be to help me and were spot on with it! The man who helped me was super friendly and helpful as well as tried to even see what was wrong with my car. I recommend them to anyone around the deer park area for sure!!
Received great service and communication was excellent. Called got a quote showed up when he said he would and even though the quote was less than it should of been honored the price. Called when vehicle was dropped off and confirmed he had arrived. Couldn’t ask for better service. Honest and efficient. Thank you!
