She charges for a consultation and I wait for their call, nothing. Two days later I get a call for a reschedule I told them I was waiting and the receptionist said I was supposed to call. So I reschedule and I call only for her to tell me there’s no way I would win and she would charge me 5000 didn’t even take my case. She was cold and rude. Talked to me maybe 4 minutes worst legal experience she made me really lose all hope.

Shelly Merchant is definitely the kind of attorney you would want on your side. She has handled several cases for me and each one she gave me 100%. I was treated with respect and she is always professional. Anytime I have a question she answers it promptly. She cares for her clients and their input on cases. I would highly recommend her for any legal needs. You will be impressed!

If I could give this woman a negative star I would, she was horrible. She is a liar, she is vindictive and not sure how she even has any clients.
