I have a friendly suggestion for Yoga To You. Could you end the policy of giving announcements, and just generally, talking over savasana? That's my meditation time, and meditation is the reason I do yoga. I think a lot of other people feel the same. It's impossible to let go when there's a singular voice in the room trying to sell you on teacher training. It really interrupts my practice. Why not give the announcements and intentions for the day at the beginning of class while people are settling in?nnEither way, I still love y'all! I do think making this change would be a major improvement though.
