This Planet Fitness was always pretty cleaned and since opening 24/7 is now extremely clean and the early morning staff (before 5am daily and weekends) is so friendly and pleasant to greet and say goodbye too. I’m so happy it’s back to 24/7. The atmosphere here is so welcoming and encouraging, it’s perfect! I go everyday now, it’s a the best start of my day.

Worst business model I have ever experienced, I’ve had a membership for a few years and around a year ago I changed my bank card and gave them the new info “mind you not one asked me if this is a primary card or even that it would be an issue” , I never received texts or email alerts until randomly I received a text about being over due yet every month my fee has been paid via my bank , apparently the rep never made my new card a primary even though I told them the old card was no good and monthly it got declined then processed out on my so called “secondary “days later so I’ve been thinking I’m good but.....so they charged me a years worth of late fees and even a late fee on my annual membership fee which Is why I called in the first place to find all this out, the young person on the phone did not care and when I asked to speak to a manger she sarcastically stated I’m not sure what she going to tell you differently and then I asked how do I cancel , she then replied you do know regardless you will be responsible for the fees ... so I went the next day and the manager stated it’s a third party billing and can’t help me, it was 100% the principle for me, In one day this gym took 100$ from me , they feel they can do and take anything they want then throw a contract in your face, I had no idea all the fees they where charging simply because a rep didn’t do there job and make it a primary card, highly discussed with this place and it’s extremely bad business , I even stated I really didn’t want to leave and wanted to go black card so my son can go with me but do you think that mattered... no...they could have saved me by crediting the 100$ worth of late fees and I would have paid the entire year on the spot to get off the monthly nightmare ...do yourself a favor go to another gym , they apparently do not need anyones business -horrible business model- horrible concern for there customers- and those words sorry I can’t help you ...cancel... absolutely no problem here is your close out receipt ...I’d give a zero if I could-nnI didn’t cancel because I didn’t want to pay the fees I canceled because you guys screwed me in the first place , don’t make it as I went to cancel and upset about the fees it’s because of horrible customer service and care for your customers, let me make that clear

I LOVE THIS PLACE. STAFF IS GREAT, THEY KEEP A WELL MAINTAINED AND SAFE WORKOUT ENVIRONMENT.... KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK...

Wonderful customer service and plenty of machines to choose from in an area spaced appropriately for the pandemic. Very clean, and very inviting. No judgement zone. Felt very comfortable here.

I love this gym!! It has a variety of work out machines and options depending on what your personal goal is. It is very clean and organized, friendly staff and people who go there, overall it is a very good gym and I recommend to anyone who is looking for an affordable gym and worth the price!
