I'm still a newbie so I can only say what I've experienced and how wonderful I feel every time I leave class. The staff and instructors are the best!! They treat you with respect and make you believe in yourself even when your not sure of what you're doing. I know there's been many times I've had to stop and try to catch up only because I'm not familiar with all the poses, But they're always there with modifications, and always making sure you're comfortable and safe. I know I have a way to go, but I also know that I'm going to make it happen with the help of YOGA STRONG!!
No more aches and pains. No more inflammation. I feel better at 50 than I did at 35 lol

I enjoyed a lovely class last night at YogaStrong! The atmosphere was so welcoming and peaceful. The teacher set the mood of the class for total relaxation, and made it accessible for all levels! I am a visiting yogi, evacuated from my hometown due to a hurricane and I definitely did Restore and Heal!
