S-N-S Remodeling

We hired Dan and his team to do a full remodel of our master bathroom, which was still the original bathroom from 1983 when the house was built. The whole bathroom was slate blue, including the tub and toilet, and was covered in dated tile and leaking. Dan came to take a look and gave us a quote on the spot which he stuck to throughout the project. They gutted the bathroom and rebuilt it from the floor up including installing new masonry boards to make the floor even and stable. They rebuilt the shower, bathtub frame, retiled everything, installed new shower, whirlpool tub, new plumbing, new vanity and toilet. They also painted the walls, cabinets and doors for us for free after we decided we didn’t want to do it ourselves mid project. Dan went tile shopping with me and helped me pick what would work best for our bathroom. Everyone in his crew was professional, fast and did excellent quality work. We were told it would take two weeks and it was as completely done within that time frame (actually it only took 12 days). The bathroom came out beautifully and we love it. Best part was Dan himself - he’s awesome! Super friendly and fun to be around and he knows his craft. He was here everyday working with his crew. Definitely an expert and we learned a lot from him. Would highly recommend S-N-S Remodeling and plan to call him when we are ready for our next project.

Dan Shannon is a wonderful contractor. His crews are experts at what they do. We had a huge job: completely new kitchen and front bathroom, entire new doors inside and a complete interior paint job, new floor in my master bedroom. Everything was done expertly and quickly. The job was done in 3 weeks. We are extremely happy with the job and highly recommend this company.

This is a great company. Dan is very creative when it comes to problem solving and takes a lot of pride in his work. I'd definitely recommend this company to everyone, and I'm sure I'll be calling on them again in the future. His work for me was top of the line and we could not be happier with the results and the cost.

My grandparents own this place, the work he does speaks for itself. You may have troubles reaching someone because they have been going through a transition period with the office staff. My grandma used to do all the office stuff but she's getting too old for it. My cousin is taking care of it now, so you should be able to get in touch with her.

I spoke to 4 contractors before hiring Dan, and not only did his do outstanding work, but his price was very fair. His crew pulled up my old entry way tile and installed new tile. The best thing is that they tore off the old, ugly, tile front of my fireplace. His carpenter guy came in and custom built a gorgeous wood fireplace front that I LOVE. And, he did it all from just a picture! I highly recommend Dan and his crew. They're professional, experienced, and not outrageously over priced.
