Very disappointed with the shops owners.nThe merchandise is cute however the owners are unprofessional and inconsistent. Their math calculations could use some help as well. I was in the shop the other day I purchased a shirt as a gift it ending up being a size too small. I immediately returned it because I know their return policy is strict the tags were attached it was not worn or washed in original condition. One of the sisters who run the shop voiced that she could not order another size because they only order in bulk and they wouldn’t be ordering that shirt again. So I asked for store credit her response was you’re stuck with the shirt. Have you read our “new” return policy? Pulling it up on the iPad I said this is ridiculous I bought this 2 days ago tags are attached and I’m not even asking for a refund just store merchandise. She proceeded to call her sister and ended up telling me she would give me store credit...I received my voucher and it was only for the price of the shirt she did not include the tax that I had paid. So again I ask don’t I get the taxes back that I paid her response was l, “Oh I don’t know how to do that.” And I’m thinking that’s not my problem tax is easy to calculate telling her how to do it. I’m not going to lose out on money I paid because one of the store owners can’t calculate tax I thought this was absurd how does this shop financially get ran when you can’t even calculate tax on a T-shirt???? She finally figured it out. So I proceeded to purchase bows she then tells me wait until Wednesday (tomorrow) the bows will be buy on her one half off on the wee ones it’s on the website also you can see all our deals there. I asked her if I could put the bows aside and have my husband put purchase them tomorrow. She said yes! So I told my husband the details have him my merchandise credit told him to be sure they gave the discount. My husband tells me today that he only received 10% off on the bows which is not what the website or sister had told me the previous day. So I screen shot the website and Facebook also has something different both being inconsistent with one another. Then I tried calling the shop and the number on google does not work so my husband has to go back up to this shop. We were over charged! I don’t really think they know how to run a business and they definitely can’t calculate things without using a register I would check all transactions and coupons and promotions to be accurate. My husband went back to the shop went through all of this and was given back the difference. There is so much confusion and miscommunication between them. I mean a lot of time was lost doing this back and forth! Would not recommend doing business with this shop I am very frustrated and displeased with all the inconvenience we have endured! Only have a 1 Star because 0 was not an option!
