They never answer the phone, I have to call several times in a day just to get ahold of someone. RUDE staff! Do not go to this Walgreens. They literally don’t know what there doing. It’s a problem every month trying to get my refill on my medication they say “we don’t have anything here to fill for you” then I call my doctors office for them to tell me it’s been sent to the pharmacy. Then my doctors office calls just for the pharmacy to tell them “oh yeah it’s ready for pick up.”This place is such inconvenience! This place does not even deserve 1 star. What a joke!
RUDE service. Catherine the cashier clearly does not like working there. Instead of informing me that there is a limit, mind you I asked beforehand and said she did not know. When checking out she yells at me and states I’m not Selling you those. Apparently she all of sudden knows there’s a limit of two (I had four). Spoke to the manager Andrea, told her I understood the limit which was fine, what I didn’t appreciate was the hostility and she clearly did not care. Guess that’s why the employee thinks it’s okay to yell at the customer.
Ive shopped and used pharmacy here for years. I now live closer to other stores but i prefer here. The people are always nice and helpful.
Wonderful people working there! They were on top of their game. The girl who helped me out today was AMAZING Karla. She went above and beyond to get us our medicine. Thank you so much!
