The Children's Place

I guess I should've took notice of the 2 star rating however I rarely shop at this location and the few times I have shopped here I arrived when they first opened so I typically didn't have issues with long lines and I didn't ask any questions so I didn't encounter any rude employees. Even though there was only one person in front of me on one of my visits it took a very long time to process this customers purchase. I did notice limited inventory...the store always seems to be empty to me. I typically have my items shipped to my home but I decided to try shipping to this location. That was a huge mistake. I called the store several times, even weeks after my order supposedly shipped from the warehouse and was supposed to arrive. They always claimed they didn't have my package. I think it arrived and they placed it on the floor as regular merchandise. Do not shop here and don't have any items shipped here.

After too many visits with long lines and rude employees—I avoid this place at all costs. It’s worth the trip to the Baybrook store even though I live closer to the Pasadena location.

Worst manager an district manager!! whatever you do, do not purchase anything with a cash app card an return it... I accidentally entered my pin wrong it said declined then on the receipt it showed approved. They kept the two items I returned. since dec 7th 2019 I still have not received my refund. Called support team 12/09/19 they told me wait 24/72 hrs for a resolution” they never emailed me nothing. Called back 12/12/19 same thing. Went in the store on the 13th to purchase an return an item to show them I was suppose to receive the refund that day as soon as I entered my pin on dec 7th.. so I entered my pin correctly dec 13 an I RECEIVED A REFUND THAT SAME SECOND. Smh ud83eudd26ud83cudffb‍♂ufe0fThey even wrote the receipt number down my name an email an phone number an said they’d email it to corporate. So I waited a week to hear from them store manager! I called an unbelievable (LOL) THEY SAID “can I have the receipt number your name an phone number again” I told them I had already gave it to them the day I went in there smh The manager Apparently was to busy folding clothes that day hollering my business from the door area to the cashier area.. she didn’t care to help solve this issue!! My husband Went back on 12/18/19 they did the same thing took pictures again sent them to “corporate”. Called the support team two more times they told me each time wait 24/72 hrs for a resolution”. I called back today to the store an the girl said she told the district manager about it an for me to to contact cash app to dispute this problem cuz it shows on their end the refund went through, But it has not been credited back to my card!!!!!!! I already contacted cash app on 12/09/19 they emailed me 24hrs later saying it was definitely declined an to contact the children’s place” which I have all month.. this store has been nothing but a migraine!! As the manager, she should have not let me walk out knowing it showed declined!nnWho do I speak to ifnThe children’s place store don’t helpnSupport team don’t helpnCorporate don’t help ......... Is a lawyer really necessary at this point?

True story on the long waiting time at checkout. Customer service not so great. The cloths is good. I only go here because its close to me. Wish Oshkosh was closer!!!
