Great customer service.
Absolutely love it
The employees were certious and we were greeted by the nicest lady. Just very helpful. The line was long, but we were out of there in about 10-12 minutes. Great experience.
Typically have had a positive experience even with past returns. This particular experience was very disappointing, employees talking to each other about what to tell me while standing in my face. I understand policy is policy but I also spent 20 years as a retail manager and in that time I’ve made exceptions to policy all in the name of good customer service. A simple thing of not having a physical receipt but I had a picture of it on my phone plus my bank record showing the charges and nothing could be done. Repeated stated the policy and dismissed me I was made to feel as if I was trying to get one over on them. I will take my store credit and give the business to another location. As a customer I hate returning things because I know the negative impact it has on store sales and I prefer to exchange so much for spending my money in store today.
