Sparkling Image Car Wash

I just left this car wash after waiting for more than two and a half hours. They were very busy when I got there and I wanted my car hand washed. I figured I would have to wait a little while. I saw my car pulled into the bay area where they dry it off and shine the tires, etc. It sat there for about thirty minutes. Workers walked past it without doing anything to it. I began to wonder what was going on then, but I waited. Finally, I saw it being pulled up to another area. I even asked one of the workers if it was ready and he said no. They were calling cars that were ready, but I never heard mine called. No one ever came to the door and called my car. I looked out the window and saw my car pulled over by the Waffle House just sitting there. I didn’t know if it was ready or not. So, finally after more than two and a half hours, I went to the desk to ask about my car. She said it was ready. I was not happy and did not cause a scene because I am not that kind of a person. I even told the manager about the situation. She said she heard them call my car. Of course, she did. If they called it in Spanish I did not understand it because I do not speak Spanish. And, believe me, after the length of time that I was in there, I WAS LISTENING FOR MY CAR TO BE CALLED! When I got home, I still had to vacuum underneath the floor mat on the driver’s side. And, the floor mat on the passenger side was put in upside down...really?! And, needless to say, I will not be returning as I had something stolen out of my car from this car wash a couple of years ago. And, of course, no one admitted to it.

The gentlemen who claims to be a Manager (short Hispanic guy) argued with us about something that didn’t happen. Customer service is definitely not practiced here. I hope they change the manager before they hinder the employees as they do a good job. We only still use this place because of the employees but that manager needs to go before he causes a lawsuit with his un professionalism.

Been 3 different times and all were half jobs. I feel like if you're paying $30 plus dollars you shouldn't have clean the backseats yourself. Not should I still have dirt in the front of my car.

So I pay a fee each month for unlimited car washes. You advertise your hours are until 6. Nowhere does it say you stop at a preset time prior to that yet mused and several other cars were turned away this afternoon at 5:30. Very poor customer service and I will be looking for another refill service outlet moving forward

I payed $165 for a bumper to bumper and 3 mat cleans, I have a small two door car. They didn’t do no detail cleaning and some parts of the seats look like they weren’t shampooed, when I called to say how it was the manager reassured that the whole thing would be redone, I went the next day and they only detailed clean, they didn’t re doit( car wash+wax and shampoo) like they said they would until I had to say that that’s what the manager yesterday told me. I dropped my car off at 1:15 and do get it re done again they told me it would be done at 6 pm. Do not recommend and will never be returning. I had to come again for something that should’ve and could’ve been done right the first time, especially for $165, extremely ridiculous.
