Horrible!!! They tried to charge an additional $3000 difference from the price that is listed for on the internet ud83eudd14 talking about re conditioning fees and some extra charge for people stealing cars off of their lots since Covid. I believe someone is trying to get an additional bonus on top of her bonus for selling the car. I have never heard of that. Normally when you are coming with cash you can get a better asking price. Not with them I guess

Had a noon appointment for oil change and tire rotation. An hour and a half later I'm still waiting. When I first complained after an hour of my car not moving I asked why. They told me they lost the ticket. Unacceptable. Well they did apologize and didn't charge me.

I arrived at 4:50PM last Friday, for 10,000 mile service. Kayla Mahan and Jamie Seymour provided EXCELLENT customer service. They made sure the required service was preformed and replaced my missing tire lock. Felt a lot safer driving out of the parking lot. Thank you.
