Such a great experience ! Cap helped out immediately and was so polite and friendly. He did a great job explaining the different type of batteries options for my car so that I could better understand. My husband and I were going to change the car battery outside ourselves but Cap volunteered to do it for us. After such a long and stressful day it was so nice to have someone so nice and pleasant to help us.
No offense to Auto Zone and the rewards program but this location is easy to get in, but hard as hell to get out! It wasn't that bad pre-Covid but now it's rediculous.
Great, I needed some assistance putting in transmission fluid and hadn't done it in so long, I didn't know where it went. They came outside to show me and my salesgirl in case the question came up again. I would give them 5 stars, but when I came back in to purchase what they told me I needed, I had to wait in line again and tell the salesgirl that I needed to buy those items.
