Needs 0 stars and a refund. Took my company truck for service before I took a 1500 mile trip for work. Got brakes, alignment, and they said I needed front struts. I told them I would here something loose and they said it was the struts. The following day a travel to north Dakota and the steering wheel is at 1 o clock when driving straight. The brakes and still making noise and I still hear something loose in the front. I didn't want to take it here but the company has account with them.
Great experience they took care of me.
Service was great everybody was very polite and they did it it up everytime we matter I will be back when I need him again
3 stars but would be 5 if everyone was as good as the woman that I interacted with first after her every man was intolerable. I had to call back 5 times in 2 days for updates someone kept telling me they would give me then they tried holding my car hostage for nonpayment even though my warranty covered 99%.
I came in & got 2 new tires on 8/16/2020. When I left my car was making a weird sound. I drove back immediately and told the mechanic about it. He told me it was my bumper being loose. Never actually examining the car further.nnThis sound continued and I took it to another mechanic shop - it turns out that my back left tire WAS NOT secured properly and was loose when I was driving which was the cause of the sound.nnI do not appreciate being brushed off when I brought my car back & I do not appreciate a halfway done job that put my life at risk.
