I wish I had read the reviews of this company before I purchased an ECM from them. I needed an ECM, ordered it and recieved it. It did not work. I called several times and told they would call me back which they never did. Finally after being a bit more assertive I was told another ECM was sent to me unknown to me. I received the second and it did not work. I took the liberty of returning both ECM's to them at my cost registered package which they received. I called 9 times to follow up my refund. Every time I was told that they would call back which they never did. I called again today and was yet again passed onto a mid-level manager that gave be a song and dance on how my refund was under review and that she would call me back. I politely and in no assertive voice advised her that I would indeed solicit legal attorneys to solve this issue should she not call me back as the process from placing an order and sending back the parts has been over 2.5 Months. I was quickly called back by a person that claimed he was listening on the previous phone call lecturing me on how it was not right that I threaten them with legal action. He was talking so assertive and fast I could not get one word in. He told me that they would refund my money, which I find odd as I had not given any detail on whom I was, the PO number or customer number. Lets see how this goes. If I do receive the refund in a timely manner I will be happy, should I not I will be doing what any good customer would do and file legal action as that is why we have laws in this great country. Laws that protect customers and laws that protect businesses.

Sent a 1992 corvette ecm to them twice because of no 5 volt reference going to coil driver module received ecm back both times with same exact problem I ended up buying a used one off ebay for car and fixed it i decided to take supposedly rebuilt ecm apart and discovered all that had been done was outer shell of ecm had been painted so in my opinion they are crooks and scam artists

Nothing good to say.. save your money..nSent ECM in for repair and was told it was fixed, received replacement and nothing communicated. Sent back and they repaired it again, recieved and still no communication. Sent in for repair third time was told everything was going gone though and programed and good to go, but again relieved and installed an no communication.nOrdered used EMC, installed, communicated and flashed fine.nAgain not worth the money at all.

Extremely happy that they we're able to send me a Mercedes Ecm plug and play. Save me a lot of money.

John was excellent to work with and had great communication. Although they couldn’t fix my original pcm they were able to replace it and copy all of the data so that my tuner couldn’t tell the difference between the new and old pcm.
