This is the first review I've ever left for any product or business. As I am a veteran of locking my keys in my car, I have to say this was the best locksmith experience I've ever had. I called 30 minutes after closing and this guy showed up in about 5 minutes, opened my car up in under 1 minute, and charged me less than I've ever been charged for worse service elsewhere. Plus, he was extremely friendly and professional. If I ever happen to lock my keys in my car in Pasadena again, I'll be calling him. I wish he operated where I live.
