I had an awesome experience at Bayway everyone is so genuine and helpful! I love the environment at that location very welcoming! I can’t thank enough to the best salesman DALLAS and FRANCISCO! Anthony Purcell did exactly what we asked for. We came in with a unique situation. We went to 3 other dealerships and no luck. Came here and met Anthony and felt this was going to happen. We were confident he would do what ever it takes to make this happen. Then we meet Dallas. Both had good team work ethic and that was amazing to experience. Overall Great experience second round in, first time was a bit stressful and just wasn't a great experience for me. But second time in with a new sales Rep Bree, she was very knowledgeable and polite, She showed me several vehicles in my budget and which were family friendly with lots of space. Couple test drives to see which vehicle I liked how they handled and what kind of space they had for my wife and daughter. I can Honesty say I left Happy with a vehicle i can depend on and know it will not break down on my family. I thank Bree deeply for her help and understanding.
Things took a little longer than we might have expected but in the end, very pleased with the final product. Bought a used car with the help of Cory, the salesman, who really went the extra mile. He was super responsive to text messages, followed up immediately when we needed something, and really helped us get a great car at an attractive price. A hard worker who really gives his all and remains friendly even in stressful situations - a great guy!nI also appreciated the General Sales Manager (Todd)'s diligence in helping iron out the final kinks. I would recommend looking at used vehicles at this dealership.
Go see Peyton Freeman at Bayway!! My husband and I purchased 2 Jeep's from Bayway within a month of each other and the service she provided both times was outstanding! We ran into a few issues during one of our deals and Peyton did everything she could to get the situation resolved quickly. She is attentive and courteous and fun to work with, which is important because we all know that the car buying process isn't always easy.
