Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

We visited Urban Air on a Saturday at 2pm until around 6pm. We had a great time. Completing the waiver was a quick process, we were offered assistance and there was hardly any people waiting in line. The line wasn't long to get the bracelet but the young lady had to be put back on task by her coworker minding the other line, as she was preoccupied with another coworker. We ordered a pizza at the concession and the young man with colorful hair was fantastic! Absolutely great with customer service! We couldn't find anywhere to sit but he figured that out for us immediately. Another young man we noticed was tending parties upstairs also provided excellent customer service. They went above and beyond for us and I hope that they are recognized. The facilities were clean and maintained nicely inside and out. I'd recommend this location over the one nearest me due to the smaller crowd and customer service. Thanks for a nice afternoon.

My kids love it here, but theirs no gates around the entrance so kids can easily wonder off and when you have to watch more than 1 kid at a time it gets hard not to loose track. Also their under 7 area would work better if they added a gate. My daughter leg got dislocated because 4 big kids all run in at one time and jumped that my daughter flew in the air and landed on her leg wrong. The staff helped with Ice but I didn't know until a few days later that the injury was worst then it looked. This could have been avoided if the smaller kids area was protected by a gate.

First time there and it was a great experience for our kids! Staff was diligent and taking the necessary precautions when we arrived, and they were so helpful with everything. Will definitely be coming back! (:

Super excited to have a new Urban Air in the Pasadena area! We had such a great experience here, far exceeding our expectations after visiting other Urban Air locations... The employees were all engaging and helpful with the kids. Alex in the ninja warrior zone was a gem with the little ones - making sure to help each one over and through the course.

We decided to take our kids to U.A. a few days ago and were not pleased with the cleanliness of this place. As we walked around, we noticed stains and trash on the floor mats. The very dim jungle gym area across from concessions had trash (cups, paper) along the wall where it is fenced off. The mats inside were stained and sticky. We've enjoyed this place in the past but now given the circumstances, seems like cleanliness is not priority.
