very fast with great service... front desk lady’s are wonderful and very helpful. they made everything very easy and explained everything on my report. would definitely recommend them to everyone.

I’ve been handling my business account & tax questions etc with Dolores since May 2018 . Called today to schedule my business tax return . And let the secretary know I had been calling for a week and recieved no answer despite voicemail and message I left on her phone . Was rudely told she’s very busy and I didn’t need an appointment I just needed to go . Great way to treat people . Word of mouth is very strong . Wouldn’t recommend , if I could leave 0 stars I would . Don’t waste your time and find some more respectful and deserving people of your hard earned money . She could’ve at the least apologized for not answering phone calls . People are more understanding when you are as well .

Excellent Service, The owner was so nice and She explained so clear and correct all my question that I had and since 2000 she is been doing my Taxes and i have never had problems to received my refunds. If I can give her 10 stars I will do it. THANKS DOLORES for your Services.

We were told our taxes were e-filed while in the office, even given a signed letter stating so. I come to find out on April 12 - over two week later - from an IRS agent directly that nothing was ever submitted. I spoke with Dolores' receptionist(s) 2-3 different times over April 12-13, and left Dolores the same email on her personal and office email addresses with absolutely no response. I later find out she did correspond with a family member who she's friends with that she indeed got my messages, voicemails, and emails. I then spent more money using TurboTax to complete & submit my return only to find out that she submitted it and it was accepted, but she never told us she had done so. On top of that, her calculations showed that we owe $400 more to the IRS than what it should have been, so I now have to wait another 3-5 weeks before spending more time and money on filing an amended return after I first have to figure out what she actually submitted. If you've experience similar non-performance of services, I suggest you look into IRS Form 14157: Complaint - Tax Return Preparer.
