I called the office and was told they are still going by appointments. Looked online to make appointment and most days are grayed out so you can't make appointment. This is frustrating! Please fix it to where people are able to make appointments. I tried for all month of March but in different parts of town and none were available. Not good!

Place is still closed after the work at home order expired. While the work at home order was in place, they were only working TWO days a week. Now, I can’t get in contact with anyone at all. Sadly, I still have to deal with this place to get my car registration. It’s something so simple yet they can’t figure out how to do it timely.

Worst place ever. I arrived at their location 10:30am and it was completely empty. They were helping one customer and there were 5 other employees doing something. A lady approaches me and asked if i had an appointment. I did not but i asked if they were booked up at the moment she said no but i still couldn't come in. She told me i had to email them to set up an appointment so i immediately emailed them. Its been a day already and I still have not gotten a response to my email. How can they not be busy and still not be able to help a customer or allow them to set up an appointment. Such an inefficient system they currently have.
