Do not use this place. Had issues with the IRS after Linda prepared our taxes. She would not return phone calls, emails or even talk to us in person (or via ZOOM) regarding this matter. She spoke to us via third party when we arrived in her office. Very unprofessional. Had to hire another CPA to resolve the problem. I DO NOT recommend this business.

I had called because I had a question about my tax return and the lady who answers the phone and is at the front desk was unbelievably rude. She was very condescending, and hung up on me. That was unprofessional and it didn’t answer my question. Tubo Tax is much nicer.

Used First Class since 2015 and so glad I contacted them! Linda and her team do a fantastic job!!! If you're looking for a firm to help you with your taxes, First Class is it!

I have been getting my taxes done here for many years. The staff is friendly and helpful. They are very orderly and try their best to get people taking care of during the busy tax season. The waiting area is nice with plush couches and a tv to watch. Linda Floyd does my taxes every year. She is a true proffesional who always greets you with a cheerful smile. She goes over all your tax forms thoroughly. She will ask you the necessary questions to help you get back an honest and maximum refund. I have never had an issue while doing my taxes at First Class and if I did I know Linda and the staff would not hesitate to help resolve them. Thanks again to Linda and First Class Income Tax!
