UniFirst has been providing Uniform and Mat Service for the City of Wisconsin Rapids for many years. Their Employees are friendly and knowledgeable about their jobs. They make an effort to know the needs of their clients and they provide excellent service. The Mats and Clothing they provide for the Wisconsin Rapids Street Dept. are of good quality and we have not had any complaints or issues. Highly recommend Unifirst if you are looking for Mat/Unifirst Service .
Our driver was excellent. We paid a premium for high vis clothing for our workers. Shirts were laundered incorrectly and the stripes were damaged. Pants were not delivered when returned, which we later found out was due to their labeling error. They claimed our contract auto renewed, this would be an evergreen contract, which is illegal in the state of Wisconsin. In the end I was forced to buy the uniforms from them, because they claimed excessive wear. Most likely this excessive wear was due to their poor laundering process. We have since switched to a different service. It's a couple bucks more every month but the quality of service is worth it.
