Very unfortunate that they don’t do make up classes if child gets sick. Not flexible at all. also class could be overwhelming with too many kids that could be few years apart which makes it difficult foe all be active in the same room
We came for the baking class. The prices are a little high, but it’s important to keep in mind it is a small business and anything Montessori related is expensive. I don’t mind paying more for quality. At first the class wasn’t meeting my expectations, but after expressing my concerns, the staff addressed it immediately (that’s why I love supporting small businesses)! The instructor was great with the kids; kind, patient, and always calm. The classrooms are beautiful with high quality materials. Wish we lived closer so the kids could continue. It definitely made them love to bake and cook. Now they ask to help for every meal and want to bake something every couple of days. Thank you Marcela!
The Studio June has been such a blessing for our family. The teachers are supportive and kind with each child who enters the room. We have become more knowledgeable and comfortable with the Montessori methods through our work with The Studio June. I highly recommend The Studio June for all children, we started attending classes around 9 months and have enjoyed the program through toddler. Thank you Sarah and Sabina for your kindness and patience as you have guided us through your programs!
Skip Gymboree, skip Little Gym. Once you've taken a class at Studio June you'll find it difficult to watch your child be rushed through those sensory overload places. The classroom is always beautiful and inviting to children... I just can't say enough. Children love it. Parents love it.
Signed my 12 month old up for Movement and Exploration. My daughter seemed to like the class but the room is tiny and since parents are with the child it was just too crowded for my comfort. Wish we would have had the option to try a class first before having to buy a whole package @ $325 since they do not offer refunds. We wasted over more than half the classes after deciding to no longer attend. Additionally, and this may be petty but, we we never contacted in regards to why we were missing classes. If my daughter misses a class at The Little Gym, they follow up the next day to check on her and offer a makeup.
