Stopped and discussed our wants and interests on a side by side. We gave all our information and were suppose to get a call when the new ones came in last fall so we could come in a purchase one. We never received a call / took our business elsewhere.
Don’t waste your time at this place. I took my Honda foreman in for a shifting issue. They said it would be three or four weeks before they could get it in and after 6 weeks, I made my second phone call for an update and was told it may be another three weeks! Do they not work on the machines in the order received? I was so frustrated I picked up my Honda. The service guy’s job is to know an approximate fix timeline. He literally gave me a “it could be two days or three weeks”, that was on top of the already six weeks! They won’t ever get my business again!
The service was wonderful! We bought several things and had to fit my son for a helmet. The gentlemen that helped us out was incredible with our son and great with us. Thank you!
Very poor customer service. Went to get machines serviced n they wouldn't return my phone call. Honestly kind of jerks will gladly give my money to power pac in Marshfield. They just make u feel like u aren't good enough to be there. Heard same from other people.
Awesome salesman and the parts guys are first class they have a lot of patience and were very helpful .I couldn't have been treated better
