Decent priced meals. Good sides, although the macaroni seemed to be out of a box. Maybe velveeta. Okra was nice and crispy. Ribs were good with a bit of chewy on the ends. My sausage was standard and not over cooked liked my beef. It lacked the moist tenderness that makes you want Texas BBQ. Oh and they sauce is very Texas lol. Lots of pepper with a tomato based. Overall good but the quality could be better. The staff was very delightful and attentive, they deserve a star ⭐ufe0f alone.
Sausage links were great. Didn't care much for the sauce.

Very friendly staff, and the place is kept clean for an old building. Food very delicious, just not a fan of their sauce. Meats are tender and juicy, and sides are flavorful. Will visit again...
I definitely did NOT like this bbq at all. The sauce was awful. I'm not sure anyone who said it's the best BBQ in Houston had gone any place else. Even Rudy's is far beyond better.
