They kept it very professional did not beat around the bush I had a question they a had a answer. Mr.Nava is the nicest lawyer in Houston 10/10 service was very happy with the work him and his team put in!!

Sad but true that Attny Miller got more $ than I but he is NOT the 1 who has to suffer daily and continue taking pain relievers for however long from an injury. He should only stick with traffic violations if that. He is also condescending and would only like to be superior, but he isn't as I'm not. Just a public servant trying to act like God. I will always do my research if I ever need representation for unjustified acts. Also how unprofessional to never call a client until you reach out on Facebook to hopefully get answers and any facts of resolution. Thank you for letting me share. I have been holding this inside for quite sometime. Decided maybe my experience could help someone else. They took me for a fool from the jump start. How sad I am for them.

The worst experience ever! If I could rate it 0 stars I would. They took 3 years with our accident case. Office staff was always difficult to get ahold of when needed. Always getting the run around from their paralegal Ashley. No customer service skills. My husband and I had to do a lot of the leg work in order to keep case moving forward. Finally settled the case and ended up getting less than the attorney. Definitely caused a big headache! Think twice before entrusting them with your legal case.

I have had the worse experience ever! My daughter and I were in a wreck with a cement truck! My daughter was injured and my car was damaged. Liz worked my case and she was horrible. She basically told me I was going to be without a rental car which I was for at least a month. She did not communicate with me about my case and was very argumentative. After my car was fixed in December I asked her to close the case and just press for our medical bills (my Insurance paid for) and pain and suffering. She tried talking me out of it. She then claimed she had to request my medical bills. She told me she submitted it in December and then in January she told me she hadn’t submitted it. She never kept in touch with me and when I called her boss she wanted to argue about why I called them. Well, I requested her to close it out in December and it’s now almost the end of April and it still has not been closed. She has been giving me the run around and basically treating me like I work for her! SHE IS HORRIBLE!! I can go on and on. Not to mention how every time I call to speak with her supervisor, the receptionist says she’s there and then sends me to voicemail! If u all can’t treat all customers with priority stop taking everyone’s case! If I wouldn’t have been so drained from dealing with Liz I probably would’ve gotten another lawyer and fired Stern Group! I can not speak for other consultants but she needs to be removed from handling cases! My experience does not even deserve 1 star!
