Michele was illegally holding Muriel Nimtz prisoner in Saint Luke's Hospital and forced to die while under Goldberg care for 3 weeks. A federal WRONGFUL DEATH lawsuit was filed Dec 26,2017 one day after Muriel cruel treatment by Michele . Michele illegally took thousands from an Irrevocable trust and isolating muriel while she starved to death
