I made an appointment for 1:30 PM on Saturday with Diana. This was my second time to the salon. I went there when they first opened and was unimpressed. When I walked in Diana took me to the chair. She put the robe over my heavy sweater and didn’t give me much of a chance to take it off. She asked what kind of highlights I wanted or what color I wanted done. I basically wanted to touch up my roots but I feel it is her job to explain the options to me. I am about a month late for my color due to covid and illness. I have blonde highlighted hair and she asked if I wanted balayage or shadow root. I have no idea of the difference between the two and Diana didn’t offer to explain it. Instead she walked away and spoke with another customer and then came back to me and said “I’m going to do another haircut and let you sit here for 15 minutes and figure out exactly what you want.” She provided no direction, no suggestions, just wanted to take care of the other customer who was a walk-in because they were easy and make me wait. I have never been so disappointed with a salon service. She offered to reschedule me at a later time that was convenient for her so “I could make up my mind “ but I made the appointment for a reason. I typically pay $250 for a haircut and highlights and I expect to get a stylist that can explain my options for the color instead of having me look on Instagram at random images because she can’t spend the time just show me any photos that the salon has. If you’re a guy and looking for a haircut this may be the place to go. If you’re a female and want somebody who knows what they’re doing and can describe what they’re doing to your hair, AVOILD THIS PLACE.

I got a haircut and dyed my hair in this salon. My stylist was Iryna. I received an amazing service. The stylist was welcoming and the atmosphere was nice all through my appointment. At the end I left with exactly what I wanted and couldn't be more happier with the results!
