Small crowdsnGood workout stations.
Great place to work out in 9Round Beechnut. Define is welcoming and has a positive energy. The instructors, classes, and people are great. I’ve left every class in a better mood than when I arrived. I really appreciate their early morning classes.
I found the gym very neat clean and organized. The staff very friendly. If you are looking for a gym to workout and feel at home, this is the gym for you.
Very comprehensive workout! Exercises, stretches muscles, while also burning lots of calories! Never a dull moment and never repeats.
Wonderful place. Trainers are fantastic. So encouraging and knowledgeable. They help you work at your level. The other people working out are nice too. A perfect neighborhood get together to sweat the days stress away.
