Great gym! If you know how to take advantage of the equipment, this is great! If not, there are detailed explanations on how to use each station, so no excuses for the good workouts! Friendly staff and always clean!!
I just started training here and I feel like its my home on my first day. This is the best gym in Houston. I’ve been and worked at so many gyms in Houston and know so many owners but almost nobody is as passionate about what they do then the owner of this gym, so he makes sure everything is on point and the right way.nnAnd Katie is soooo nice she always makes sure your taken care of. If you need a gym to train or work in in HOUSTON this is IT! Hands down!
I LOVE this gym. I’m so glad they moved closer to me. It feels like a home and the owner really cares about his members and their goals. Must try this place!
Awesome place to train ! Go see Eddie! Im shedding weight and getting in shape! Flexible hours they even have a nice shower for after your workout
