I started coming here to get better at skateboarding and get a stronger core and legs (w/o building mass) and it’s been absolutely perfect. This place is great. It’s strictly business! No time for foo-foo here!! Very great pace, no judgment, no weirdness, and an awesome atmosphere.nLove the music and the organization of the classes. Very great. I’ve been taking Unique R’s classes a bunch lately and they’re absolutely amazing. I highly recommend Defy Pilates!
Incredible staff, solid people. Very clean, and very awesome workout. I’ve been to probably 7 classes so far and it’s amazing. I’m definitely going to keep coming back.
Clean and comfortable studio! Attentive and friendly instructor made for a great first class. Safety and cleaning were a priority and I felt taken care of the whole class. Will for sure be going back!
Super awesome place. Had never done Pilates before, but this place was great. I didn’t know what to expect, but the staff was awesome at walking me through everything and making sure I was comfortable/ following along easily. Very good workout. I’ve taken classes from Unique and Vanessa. Both were awesome, but Unique’s works better with my schedule and her’s is absolutely FUEGO!
I’m a guy and I was unsure of how it would be (this is my first Pilates studio I’ve been to), but the staff (Unique R.) has been absolutely awesome. I think I’m on my 6th or 7th class and I plan on going for a long time! I highly recommend Defy Pilates.
