Good store! I have done business with them many years. They have quality merchandise at quality prices. My recent purchase proved yet again that I am right about JCPenny. If anyone is looking for comfortable and cute bras outside of A,B,C cups, go there. Sorry to see stores are closing. Get there soon!
This store is a mess, it seems no one knows what they are doing. I went there to pick up an item, and brought with me some items to purchase. The lady at the register told me that she is unable to check out my items, and that I needed to go downstairs for my additional purchase (I need to point out, there was NO ONE in line). This makes zero sense.nnAnother problem the same day, I found a pair of pants in the clearance rack with multiple clearance stickers, once the cashier scanned the pants she told me it was full price. Okay, there are more than one clearance sticker, can you change the price? She tells me the people marking the pants made a mistake... what? How is this my problem? I had to leave the pants behind. They need to train their people better at this store, for having worked for JCPenney in the past, I know this is not how they are trained!
