Danielle had me come all the way from another side of town thinking my order was ready! I provided her with my name & phone number thinking she pulled up my order confirmation details prior to arriving to the store! The Customer Service could’ve been way better than my first shopping experience here at the specific location! Sales associates weren’t any better! Smh

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! This lady named Shannon was just not helping me. I could literally hear her stating her opinions on Trump, who apparently she must love, while checking out this one other lady. I don't care about what anyones political view is, but if that view gets in your way of work why are you even here? I just needed help with looking for stuff for my son. However, this one girl who was short and with dark hair actually helped me. So it was't too bad in service. Just that one lady needs to chill or get all her opinions out before she goes into work.

I love shopping here for their deals. Today we were there with my son and my mother. A White lady with colored eyes checked us out. The only reason why I’m doing a review is because I was not pleased when I was telling her my number and my son decided to give my number to her. She decided to cover her ears and she said it was too much going on and had me repeat myself. You do work at a children store! Kids will react with you especially if his like my son that his social. My question is, How you going to react like that in front of a child? Now she is here having me explain to my child why she act like she did and explain why I asked him not to say anything. That was just plain rude of her.

The one star is for the sweet young lady at the register Jocelyn when I checked out. SHANNON... which I am not surprised to see her name in other reviews is the absolute worst and needs a new career path if she doesn't like retail and customer service. She answers the phone rudely...does not greet anybody that comes in the store or around her. She's in front of me right now giving the worst phone service. Long story short..she made my quick trip a very uncomfortable and unpleasant one.

I counted a total of 5 employees in the store and there was only one cashier ringing people up. The line was long and no one stepped in to help the only employee in the register. The store is a mess. Clothes all over the floor, unorganized and rude employees. The only reason I visited the store is because I needed to exchange something I ordered online. I would recommend going to another children’s place location.
