I've been shopping here for years and each of the ladies who work here offer over and above quality service.nnWilliam, the owner offers affordable equipment and clothing that you can't even beat on Ebay, Amazon or elsewhere. I've tried to beat the prices but to no avail. He has 2 and 3 hundred dollar NICE quality coats and jackets on sale for $40 dollar. Needless to say I purchased TWO!nnIf you don't need a second police coat/jacket, buy one as a gift for someone who who really needs it. Prices like this for the QUALITY, it only makes since to buy two or more.nnHAPPY HOLIDAYS EVERYONE!! Classic example of what happens when a business becomes too successful; they begin to lose focus on customer service.nnDUI serves first responders and uniformed personnel throughout the Houston area, carrying a healthy selection of uniforms, patches, tactical gear, and weapon retention systems as well as shoes and outerwear.nnI have visited 3 or 4 times, and each time my needs are met as far as inventory is concerned; however I also feel as though each time I visited, that I wasn't really welcome within the establishment.nnThe two male shopkeepers are brusque to the point of rudeness, at one point I was flat out told to come back another time because they had other customers and I was pricing items. This review was not prompted by any recent situations, however; Google reached out to me for the review.nnI will continue patronizing this establishment, but only because there have been no other competitors to compete for my business.nnTheir prices will attract large corporations, as they are quite reasonable, but the small people will always walk away uncomfortable.nnIf I go into an establishment and spend $600+, say the very least I should be made to feel welcome.
