Ordered on line and picked up in the store. When I realized it was the wrong battery they quickly exchanged for the right one.
Super nice lady behind the counter. I placed a batter order online and went to pick it up. I didn't know you sold light bulbs too, and I needed one I had never seen before. I told her what it looked like and she found it for me in a flash. Great service. Thank you. I didn't catch her name, but it was the store on Beechnut in Houston, TX.
Batteries plus has a huge selection, and very knowledgeable staff. Omar easily found the older computer battery replacement I needed and set it up. He was very helpful. I am glad I have this opportunity to let u know how helpful he was.
