Called into schedule an appointment and rep right off was aggressive. “Who is this?!Where are you from?!” When he realized I was from another city and didn’t have my previous receipt, which I have never needed or had an issue with before, he told me to just call back when I had it. I hung up and tried to get transferred to a different shop, but got transferred to him again. He clearly wasn’t happy with the first conversation we had and eventually hung up on me after denying that he asked me for a previous receipt. Long story short, I’m driving 20 extra min to a 3rd party which will probably cost more, but couldn’t be more happy I don’t have to deal with that guy again. Avoid this shop if you can.

I stopped by this business accidentally. The employee was very helpful to the customer being serviced, and was still able to help me find the business that I was looking for!nThe customer service is good here!
