Each time I’ve come in they’ve never spoken to me upon entering the store like they do others that have come in behind me. They simply ask what can I do for you and and no communication afterwards. Even while getting ready to pay they just stand there at stare at you like you should know the process as if you work here with them. I try not to come to this location however convince is the the main factor. I mean how hard is it to provide customer service?

The store owner should train his employees in human relations . Leny who claims be the store manager treat customer badly then it is responsibility of the store owner to train them.

It's fine.. when I'm here it's often a Sunday and not the best crew but whatever it's open, and I generally know what I'm looking for so I don't need much help. Could be an issue if you don't know your way around an auto parts store.

Rude! As soon as I walk in the door the manager says hey watch him and I’m literally stared at the whole time I’m in the store
