I don't leave reviews often but this was to amazing of an experience not to review! Not only was it the most cost-efficient place in Houston but it was an all around wonderful experience! They were both quick and thorough in completing oil change, inspection, and vent change (as well as a cleaning which they comped!). The lobby was beautiful and the manager was professional and kind. Would recommend to anyone needing service in the Houston area!
I've taken my Armada to Prestige a couple of times and have been really impressed. Moody is super proffessional and always takes the time to explain the service/repair needed as well as their recommendation and the components of the cost. The waiting area is very clean and well appointed. I also appreciate that after each visit I have a e-mailed report on all they did. Their pricing is also extremely fair! I'd recommend Prestige to anyone.
Been by here the last 2 years for an inspection on my car. Will keep coming back. The owner is very personable and provides great service.
The waiting room is very clean and comfortable. They provide excellent services as well! My inspection came with a complimentary vacuuming which was unexpected and very much appreciated. Management and staff are very friendly and helpful!
I had recently moved to this area and stumbled upon this business when my check engine light came on- and it is truly a wonderful find. The owner is incredibly pleasant and honest. I have now taken both of my cars here for different reasons and am always impressed with their excellent customer service and efficiency. I highly recommend this place.
