Attitude of the people at the entrance is one of the most unprofessional almost every single one of the ladies that are in the entrance . The manager or whoever is charged of those ladies should take a course how to talk to people. A human relationship training should be in their training before they start working.

Wasted a bunch of my time driving here only to be told to that documents must be mailed to them. If they require mailing they should update their online instructions.
