This is a student-run restaurant so please be patient, relax, and enjoy the slow-paced experience of a five star atmosphere.nnCurrently it is not open to the public due to COVID-19. However, when they are open, the food is absolutely fantastic! Everything is made from scratch in the kitchens and served at the proper temperature.nnIf it's pickled, the students pickled it from fresh ingredients. If it's potato chips, the students sliced, fried, and seasoned the chips. If it's a bread or decadent dessert, it was made in the pastry kitchen.nnDefinitely worth the stop!
I might be a little biased as a member of the Grayson College family, but WOW! This is such a professional operation and my meal was excellent. These students and instructors are making the college proud!
