Food always tastes as close to home made as it can get. Nothing that we have had ever tasted like it came from a preprocessed can, always fresh. It's at the top of my list for favorite places to eat. Our server was always checking on us, never let our tea glasses run empty....a GREAT place to enjoy a fantastic meal

Food tasted homemade.nnService was greatnnI had the candy carrots. But they tasted a little watered loged. But goodnnThe only thing I didn't like about the place is there is not a door host.nnNo one to greet you at the door.nnThere is So much merchandise to buynWhich is nicennBut they Should have a nice clear walk way through all that. To get to restaurantnnIt made me feel like was in the back of a department store.nnI Little to Crowded

I celebrated my birthday earlier this evening in this great place. happy to tell that we passed a awesome evening and the place was absolutely one of the reasons for this fruitful evening. The waiters cooperated in a gorgeous way, the meals were tasty and my guests were extremely overjoyed. We shall definitely visit again for more celebrations. thanks very much.

The food is very good and that’s the only reason I am giving Cracker Barrel 2stars. My husband and I prefer ordering online for curbside pickup. However that does NOT work. I have tried just online and also using the Cracker Barrel app. Many items are not shown. However when I actually call our local restaurant they say “oh yes, we have that.” Tonight the app didn’t show what we wanted (2 piece) catfish so we tried fried chicken tenders. When I tried to order it I got a message “this item is no longer available.” After calling our local restaurant I found out they have both items for Carry Out and Dine In but you definitely can’t order either online or on the app. Totally frustrating!! I would give the app negative stars if I could!!

Had a great experience with our server, Grace. She was polite and energetic, as well as professional when we encountered a couple of issues with our order. I appreciated her attentiveness and the speed with which she helped resolve things. I wish more servers provided such good service.
