Very good service today very polite ordering through drive thru only due to snow this place really rocks cause they were out of drinks only had lemonade and I'm guessing cause of pipes freezing so while we were waiting in drive through this truck pulls up and two guys get off the truck with bags of 2 liter drinks of all brands to have ready for customers!! I called up there to tell the manager that we had ordered on the app and waited 20 minutes before they brought it out. All I got was one order of chicken and a drink. The carhop didn’t bring the drink, and when I got the chicken it was cold. While I was trying to tell the manager of what happened she hung up on me. Very unprofessional, and not any action a manager should be doing. Do not recommend this sonic... I would drive the extra 5 minutes to parkway.
Mostly just your average Sonic. Last night (18 November) I was asked to pull out of my order stall and go through the drive through. Also seems to take a bit longer than usual to get my food. No real complaints though. Order was correct and the staff was very nice and professional.
Typical sonic food. Clean, nice location. Quick, friendly service. Convenient location..
Used the app thinking it would be quicker, ended up being more than a 30 minute wait because it showed I had not checked in when that's exactly what I did when pulled up. Then was given the wrong items or no items with my order. Very VERY disappointed!
