Chipotle remains consistent in timeliness and quality. This location is typically clean, quick, and staffed with nice folks. Their pick up service is strong as well for those who don't want to dine in. This place remains a good fast-casual option in the Sherman/Denison area.

I ordered a bowl. And literally filled 2/3 of the bowl up with rice. And was stingy with all other toppings including beans and had no vegetables available. Barely had any Queso and I didn’t even get a full serving as they were scraping the bottom of the bin. But had no problem charging for it and no limes were available. Also I ordered chips with bowl and barely had any in the bag it’s was maybe 1/5 full they use to give a half of bag. For a bowl and chips and a drink was $17.70 out the door. Talk about highway robbery I’m going to have to go back to Taco Bell and get those 5 dollars boxes. Not trying to sound cheap but at lest Taco Bell got stuff to drink there. this place was out of everything almost. I went to fill drink with tea and it only dripped out and the root beer was out of order. This place need Jesus or a new manager can’t tell if either will help them. Sad to see this place going down hill

I normally love Chipotle.nAnd I am writing this review mainly to help you improve your restaurant.nThe food was cold, the tables were dirty. I was very disappointed at the location in Sherman Texas, because this is one of my favorites. Love my Chipotle. Wish I had enjoyed, my visit in Sherman. Work on your quality and service. Let me know, and I will come back.

Have always enjoyed my to go orders but the new cauliflower rice it not worth the extra $2.00 charge. Way, way too much lime and cilantro. I can understand an extra .50 for something new but not $2.00!

We’ve come here numerous occasions and they’re always low on rice, cauliflower rice, and veggies- but that isn’t the even the reason I’m only giving one star. I’m giving one star because my husband and I are vegetarian and today they were just about out of cauliflower and veggies for the veggie burrito bowl- they managed to scrape up about 1/8 cup of veggies on my husband and my bowls. We asked if we could wait for more veggies to be cooked and were rudely told they’re still cooking, received an eye roll from another employee, and we were pushed through the rest of the bowl making process to add more items to our “rice bowl.” Our kids were hungry so we just continued through without asking additional questions. Oh and they were out of fruit for the kids, just simply letting us know these things upfront would make a huge difference in our experience today. I can understand when they’re out of food the answer being a simple we’re out, but if the food is cooking why would we not be allowed to wait or even tell us when we order a veggie burrito bowl that we are waiting for more veggies to cook can you please step aside until they’re cooked? They eye roll was uncalled for and just plain rude. We will not return to this location.
