So i had been coming to this store since opened friendly staff but today a white older man was just rude to another customer his tone was very rude and unprofessional! The lady was trying to return an item but due to the pandemic she was unable to return unless item was broken he explained to the lady the lady didn't seem to understand him his tone changed once he had to repeat himself which i thought was very unprofessional!!!! He had no right to talk to her in that form bad costumer service lady seemed upset as well! Which is understandable due to pandemic BUT very rude older man!!
Wonderful Family Dollar, nice clean store with happy friendly employees and great variety. All kinds of paper goods, too! Just as good as big stores, just a lot less crowded. Please support these small town businesses.

I know the store is new.. But still I will save you store is in great shape. Employees are outstanding with their help and their dedication. A lady named Carol that works there was very good help to me. She knew exactly where in the store where the item I needed what located. So far all the employees at the family dollar have been very very helpful
Friendly staff. BUT it would be nice if they opened an hour earlier. Because in this general area people are go to work. Plus that's the close store to US!
