Stopped by ELEVATE NUTRITION on a Saturday morning. Jenn (owner and expert shake slinger) welcomed us like family. We enjoyed (being 6 of us) a yummy variety of shakes: brownie batter, cookies and cream, white chocolate snickers, and lemon shortcake! I mean...so much deliciousness all for 220 calories per shake! Everyone should definitely visit...many times!!!!
