We had a great experience with Jason. He dedicated his time and energy to getting our case. He is very reasonable and he is our go to for anything we may need him for in the future. Trust me when I say you're in good hands. When I needed something that wasn't in his area of expertise, he referred us to someone trustworthy to take care of us.

I met and have worked with Mr. Butscher off and on since roughly 1999-2000 and was honored to do so. He knows the law, works hard for his clients and does what he says he will do and has a great relationship with everyone in the legal community. I no longer work in the legal field but I still get asked often who I recommend to handle all kinds of cases and my answer is and will always be “Jason Butscher”. If you want your stuff handled, you should call him too!

Best lawyer in town. I have asked as many prosecutors in our town who the best lawyers are in our county and Jason Butscher is ALWAYS #1 and Always in the top 5 of all the others in town. I have used him on several occasions and have been pleased each time. Highly recommend.

Back in the early 90’s I was working for the court system when I first met Jason Butscher as he was beginning his career practicing law. Over 30 years we continued to work together. Recently, I retired after working 31 years for the county.nnNot every case is a slam dunk and not all clients will get the outcome they want for we understand the clients case outcome is not guaranteed. He doesn’t even deserve one star. He will do absolutely nothing. You’re better off representing yourself- and then he’ll tell you he got you a “good deal”. He won’t even get you standard visitation. What a joke. Do not use him!
