Ordered online and picked up from store. Building was clean, worker was very friendly, the sodas were fresh, and the food was SO good. Good portions. Fairly priced too! We're going back again today.
I was visiting my brother here in friendswood. I'm from New York and have access to lots of great sandwich shops but I have to tell you that this shop was outstanding. All the ingredients were fresh and plentiful. In addition I had a salad which was just excellent, so fresh. the owners of the shop, a husband and wife, were pleasant lovely couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. I will definitely be visiting this Which Wich in the future.
I asked for the Ultimate BLT made with lettuce wrapped instead of bread. When I got home I found it to be almost entirely lettuce. So I returned to ask for a different sandwich as a replacement, and the gentlemen was extremely confrontational with me. Told me I was calling him a liar, when I merely wanted to get something more full on the inside as this one was all lettuce. Eventually he walked away and I had to leave without a refund or my sandwich, as he had pulled the bacon out and the guacamole and shook it in my face.nnNot returning here.
I traveled 45 min to come to this location. I had to wait until the gentleman finished his text right in front of the cashier in order for him to be able to take my order. He had the audacity to make comments about my order. “Super??!!!! Oh my goddd!!” . Excuse me?? I buy the big one because I share with my husband. I love this company but I will NEVER come back to this location again!!!! The male employee was completely unprofessional and had the worst customer service.nnI came by 10/13/19 at around 6:10PM .
Every time I visit this location I'm treated with kindness and made to feel welcome. No matter the sandwich choice it's always exactly as ordered. I love this location!!!
