Me and my mother went into the bath and body works in midway mall..Upon entering we were not greeted by the two workers that were there. We were the only two people in the store at the moment..well as we were shopping not one time did any one come ask did we need help or tell us what the sale was.. nothing.. I had all my items ready to pay. Well a group of ladies walked in and they were immediately greeted and and told all about what was on sale. I am very big on customer service.. I was highly disappointed. I put all my items down and loudly said to my mother. Let's go I am sure I can get better customer service from the BBW in town center. That's where I went. I will never step foot in the BBW in the mall ever again.
They have all of stuff that you can't get at other bath and body plus I like inside malls
Had a lot of great deals maybe back again tomorrow Christmas is right around the corner

Midway Mall, nestled in there all by itself lends to a total true customer service experience. The lady's that work here are super friendly and eager to help. No huge crowds to deal with, just a nice quiet shopping experience. Front row parking to an air conditioned mall what could be better.
